Well let me just go back there there's one other thing on Obamacare that
that I've I've that I scratch my head sometimes when we look at projections from franchisees
that are borrowing money today that have fifty employees and they don't account for the mandate

We we we scratch our heads.
You know, are are you really f you know, y you've gotta increase your employee benefits line by X.
Um, what amazes me is some banks aren't doing that.
So uh they they've got their head in the sand because th again, uncertainty.
They don't know what the cost is going to be, so they choose not to put anything in.
Um
But and there's actually we're actually uh working with somebody to introduce into the franchise space actually
uh n franchise or
health care for all of the franchisees and their employees, which you know, keep your eyes and ears open for that because it's something that allows franchisees to be buying as a
a large national group instead of a small group of ten or twenty of ten or twenty people.
So
Uh keep your eyes and ears open for that.
Um
In terms of getting too loose, there's a lot of competition right now for great deals.
And I see by too loose I mean ba it's good for the borrower because banks are competing
at a very high level and borrowers are getting terms that are
