We formed the FAF program uh and now we have

Throughout the years done other services for franchisers and franchisees like valuations.

Uh we do all you know between nine hundred and a thousand valuations a year of franchise businesses.

We do uh

Brokerage of loans for

brands that are not in the FAF portfolio or for transactions, a lot of transfer transactions.

uh franchisee to franchisee or franchisee to non franchisee.

And um we've been able to uh this year we're making a b a big focus on on relaunching that for

brands that have great unit economics but might not qualify to be in the FAF program.

Um and uh we are you know, we're actively looking for

uh, you know, folks to to help.

Um again, if you can't make a case that your franchisees make money, we can't help you.

Uh because the last thing we want to do is try and sell a loan to a bank that doesn't get repaid.

So uh that's that's kind of uh kind of where it is.

Going back to that whole culture discussion that we just had a minute ago.
