something's got to give and again i'd rather control it i'd rather have it managed as opposed to a acute debt crisis we've been living in a chronic debt crisis

We should have been doing all the work, like you say, the multi step process, we'd already have the border funding, we'd have defense, we'd have eight hundred fifty billion dollars of real savings banked already.
Plus we could have have extended current tax law, take a tax right and increase off the table.
We could have had all that done, but unfortunately decisions were made to do one big beautiful
