Don't do that.
No, I think I'm on the air with Gene.
Yeah, it was a great moment.
And when he came back to line, he was right there because those two would have skated together while he's been healthy, scratched much of the last month and a half.
Much like Cote Konyemi, when he played for Montreal and got a cameo and he scored a goal and he pointed to the press box because those were his buddies.
But, you know, I'll say about the fitness thing, because he is that, you know, great fitness coordinator.
McDavid, we talked, Luke Gastic and I, about that rookie year when he lived with him and Taylor Hall and what it was like in the gym with Gary Robertson.
By the time McDavid came for his first season as an 18-year-old, he was deadlifting 455 pounds, which is a lot for when you look at Connor.
He's lithe, right?
He's like farm skinny tough.
Not a big muscular bound guy, but he's super strong.
Like the other night, even on that
wonky whatever it is he was 78% on face-offs he was Leon was just 50% on face-offs so Bouchard will have a shot on goal I guarantee you Leon's not going 50% on draws the two guys that were banged up McDavid was 78% on face-offs seven and two and Jason Dickinson was 80% on face-offs four and one so they went in and did a hell of a job under the circumstance let's hope we got a game on Saturday to talk about Ron off to your show thank you very much for joining us on orders now you got it Bob bye now
I'm great, Aidan.
How are you doing?
I'm great, as I said to you just a moment ago before we came on.
I was excited last night, not to interrupt, but you were at the game, so you mightn't have seen.
We did a really fun thing with a horse race call by Dave Johnson, Jack Michael's hero, calling the Preakness in 1989.
I couldn't run the whole horse race.
But I wish we could have because mid-race, Dave Johnson has to sort of sort out the horses where they are on the backstretch.
