Now it's called glowing.

It's a blend.

It's this magic blend of both that creates this perfect storm of success and this wave that some brands have and some don't, and at least not early on, but can come later.

So it really varies, but it's a combination.

There's this thing with there's a respect, the GOAT.

All of those terms are floated around me because of my tenure, my years of putting in the time, working on so many different brands over my three-decade career.

And it's nice.

It's nice to get those flowers now.

It's nice to be recognized because we are in a culture that's, let's call it, it's ageist.

We tend to focus on young.

In a big way, especially the beauty industry.

The models we see on social, they're in their 20s, maybe 30s.
