The Democrat National Committee did.
And they commissioned an internal review to analyze what went wrong.
Now, the report was delayed because Ken Martin eventually announced that he didn't want to release it because he didn't really want to distract from what's coming up in the midterms.
So CNN actually had a report on this, and they obtained a copy of the report, and they published it, but they said it was incomplete and contained some factual errors.
The DNC itself added disclaimers saying it could not verify many claims because supporting interviews and data were missing.

We've been talking about that for years now, that that's where you start your involvement.
And the Democrats did such a good job.
Good job at that for years.
But we have been encouraging Republicans and conservatives to do that.
And it looks like you're doing that.
So good job on that.
