Think about how many things that we have that are connected to what I would consider the Internet, connected to other computers.
Well, if somehow the A.I.,
for whatever reason, through some rogue actor or just on their own was able to have a negative effect on our electrical grid system.
How that could affect the human race be very, very scary to be able to do that.
So what I think has needs to happen is we need to have a pause.
We need to pause future innovation in this area till we really understand where we are.
What do we really have?
What are we dealing with?
Let policy catch up with that.
Now, President Trump has come out and said that fears about the
innovation and AI and data centers is a hoax.
I would respectfully disagree with that.
Now, maybe part of that, maybe because I don't totally understand it.
So I usually have more fear about things I don't understand than I do, but I don't think it's a hoax.
I think it's a legitimate to be concerned about it.
And I'll tell you another reason I think it's legitimate is because when you have someone like Bernie Sanders, who, you know, is on the far left and Steve Bannon,
who is about as far right as you can get, essentially sharing a stage at a recent event saying the same thing, saying, hey, we need some guardrails around this.
We need some protections for society around this.
