Newcastle fans, this might not be the positive tonic that you're looking for after the distraction of the World Cup, but we'll certainly try to give you some good news.
I'm joined by a man who always has his ear close to the ground in the Northeast.

Keith, has it been nice to have the World Cup to concentrate on, maybe for Newcastle?

Well I didn't want to mention that but I mean at least you were there.

But just before we get underway, I did want to obviously touch on the passing, the tragic passing of Caitlin Keegan uh at the start of this week.
Such a legend on and off the pitch around Newcastle.
What's the mood been like around the city off the back of that?
A truly special man, and he'll be missed on Tyneside, but also much further afield as well.
Um as I said, we've got a number of questions that have come in from uh we put the call out to to Newcastle fans and they have responded.
And um I'd say maybe a mixed mood, but I think the obvious place to start, and perhaps this is no surprise to you, is with the loss of Sandra Tanali and Anthony Gordon already, and potentially Gru Bruno Gimaraj to follow.
