There is also that point like oh if he's coming in and taking quote unquote somebody else's spot who's been there for a long time like I know there's initially always a bit of trepidation around that but I was using the example during the weekend when Sinead Farrelly got the Irish citizenship to play for the World Cup like I mean she went on to play only eight games for Ireland three of them were in the World Cup most of the rest were in the build up so there is that sense that like if you have the quality it trumps everything else and people all of a sudden don't really mind so much who's who's who.
