I love being in the rooms, having conversations at high levels about
how we can enhance women's soccer in this world.
Right?
I think our platform is large, I think our reach is even bigger, and I think our future is even brighter.
And the fact that I get to sit in boardrooms and have conversations with some of the brightest minds in soccer across the country that that quite frankly have built girls' soccer across this this area.
And not only this area but the country they've built it.
They've started from the ground
They've watched it grow, they've watched it evolve, and now I get the opportunity to spend time with them.
I mean that's a win for me.
I feel like we're disjointed and we're not unified.
I feel like there's so many different platforms, so many different avenues and our country is so large that it's very, very difficult to have one system that is feeding into our national team programs.
And I'm unsure if all of the different programs within the country are actually working together for the good of our country and the development that happens there.
So to me, we're disjointed a lot, right?
There's different paths, there's different programs, and it's difficult to find any type of unity to be able to grow and to build upon because we do have so many different options and we do span such a large area, not only with
the number of people that are in our country, but the space that we have within the country.
Yeah we have.
You know, how do we serve all of those people?
How do we serve all of those members in some way, shape or form?
And then how do we serve those members so that they can then generate quality players to be able to build our national team?
So to me, there's a a lack of unification that comes through on the youth level.
