That's my theory, but I'm fully happy to be told by Chris that I'm wrong.
The one that sums up Brighton for me is Yad Kouye, who I will admit I did not particularly notice.

They signed him, I think, from AIK in 2024.

They loan him out for two years.
All clubs now will have kind of specialists looking at the players they've got loaned out, making sure they're getting the right sort of experiences.
They'll touch base every week, all that stuff, which Brighton do and which most teams do.
And then they bring him back when he's ready.
And he just looks like he's...
ready-made for the Premier League.
He's not really battered an eyelid from that first week.
And, yeah, the Vucevic thing I find...
Yeah, and they've got a pathway and a plan.
If you compare that to Vucevic, who was really highly sought after when he was picked up by Spurs, who they then loaned out, and who had basically as good a season on loan in a different country, and I take Nedham's point about different leagues, different experiences, but as good a season as you'd possibly hope for.
