I suppose sharing the amazing processes that the medical profession and industry can... and the impact that it can have on families who experience an extremely tough time or extremely tough news, that, you know, there are people out there, there are institutions out there who are developing these brand-new medical procedures which...
can really make such an instrumental positive start to someone's life, but also the impact on a family.
There are cases of pubs which leave negative reviews on a kind of sandwich board outside simply because, you know, if it's completely ridiculous or if the person has obviously got the wrong end of the stick, you can benefit enormously from negative reviews from ridiculous people.
Decontextualised scores are actually quite dangerous.
My favourite and maddest review of all time, which I discovered myself by accident, was a three-star review of an extremely eminent Los Angeles oncologist, which simply said, three stars, parking very difficult.
