I had five near-death experiences in a two-year period.

My whole life came crumbling down at that point.

I wasn't as connected with my friends at the time.

So obviously by the fifth one, I got the point that I was being called for something.

I started to awaken all this stuff.

I'm like, what the hell is going on?

So I thought, is something wrong with me?

I got obsessed with getting into my body.

because I just want to be who I really am, you know?

And I really just want to be here on earth to give all glory to God and just bring hope to people.

Really, that's all I really care about.

All I could do was like stretch and like be present to the pain and just constantly adjust and ache.

But just constantly work with the pain, right?

And I also had this passion for the body.

So I learned a lot about the anatomy and I would stretch and everything.

I didn't realize at the time, but what I was doing is regulating my nervous system and I was resetting it.

And as I was resetting or recalibrating my nervous system, it started to unlock.

There is a great majority of people who really don't have that self-love relationship with themselves.

Right.

And instead, it's actually a very not very safe place.
