I notice that I'm always living a duality.
It's like there's so much struggle, but then there's me like enjoying my life, right?
And like how I'm responding.
And people are like, I don't get it.
You're so strong.
I'm like, I'm really not.
I really honor the human experience.
Like I was just crying in the corner there.
But I process like a sponge.
I squeeze it out.
And I move forward because I'm just present to the truth.
And so and it's like and I've hit a point or a threshold where I realize that, you know, I feel blessed because of that.
And I know it's accessible to every single person on this earth.
We just need to open someone's eyes or at the very least give them an experience.
So all I want to do is, you know.
I want to touch as many people as possible in this world and help them to see what's possible and help them to see, you know, just bring more hope.
Because when you're living life and you're hopeless, you know, it could be a pretty...
dark experience yeah you know and i'm a humanitarian so i feel that i deeply feel that and i i grieve for people you know i've i've gone beyond the sadness of my own human sadness i've healed that and you don't become any happier or any you don't become free from sadness now you become the sadness that you experience is the sadness of the world you know you see people suffering you're just sad for it so it makes you want to just keep being that possibility
The mind is just creating the pictures, but they process and then you experience from the body.
So I detach from the actual context of the story.
