And I'm like, yeah.
And I've been going through a lot for about a month or so because things have been really tough in the relationship.
And I'm like, just out of nowhere, like everything I've been going through for the last like month or two is just like gone.
That's so weird.
Yeah.
And that was it.
But I acknowledged it and I was able to notice it because I'm tuned into my body.
I communicate with it every day.
And it wasn't until like four hours later that I got a call that he had passed away at a head on collision.
And it was like instant that he passed away.
And then when I found out what time it was exactly that time and I called that friend, I'm like bawling my eyes.
I'm like, oh, my God, it's like my body felt it.
Right.
And it's really been a great gift for me in my ability to grieve, whether it's identities, whether it's the death of a loved one.
You know, I just put my my dog down.
She was almost 17 years old.
You know, she was like me and dog, dog, dog version.
And it's just like the grieving, like I'm able just to move through it so gracefully and I don't allow myself to get to a point where I'm sabotaging my life.
