Like, I've had experiences where, you know, you when you do this innocently, you're like, oh, my God, like I experienced something.

I'm like a world peace.

We're going to cause world peace.

I'm going to help.

You know, you just want to help everyone.

You know, and I didn't do it with like a mentor who taught me this.

You know, I just I would read books and they would validate what I was experiencing.

Right.

And what I would say there, I had a pretty brutal, like, you know, lesson learned where I wasn't because of the dysfunction of my family.

I didn't really learn about, you know, I'm Italian, right?

So like, there's a lot of yelling and throwing stuff.

So I have to learn like proper communication.

i had to learn about boundaries and what they were right and so in because before i knew that um you know what i would have is it was almost like uh i can i can totally imagine what a celebrity must feel like when someone's like they're not actually coming to you because they want to be healed and i think they want to come to you because they want that energy right and you're a source for them and it's it's a different feeling from someone coming to say hey listen like

Yeah.

And so it's crazy because I was running my studio where my house was.

I bought a live work.

And basically there was just so many events that had happened where that had happened.

And I started to have suicidal thoughts.
