The Supreme Court's decision in Barbara overturned an executive order.
It did not strip co Congress of its constitutional plenary power over immigration and naturalization.
In fact, I would argue that the ruling actually invites Congress to step into the breach that the court has created.
Prior to 1966, the federal government required parental status information on passport applications.
It was a 1966 bureaucratic revision by the State Department, unaccompanied by any new legal or constitutional developments that dropped the parental status questions and began treating birthright as birthplace as solely dispositive.
Congress should begin to address this problem first by codifying President Trump's border security policies by passing Chairman Roy's Permanent Trump Secure Border Act, which has already been approved by the Judiciary Committee.
If illegal aliens cannot enter the United States, they cannot give birth here.
We've already seen this in the United States.
We saw this, the exact same thing that's happening in Spain.
We saw this for four years under Joe Biden.
We saw talk from Congress and from the president, from Joe Biden, about amnesty, and we saw our borders being flooded.

And then of course, the Spanish Supreme Court said that if you come by sea, you cannot be immediately deported.
So once again, the courts are tying the hands of the law enforcement agents.
And the same thing happens in America.
We have seen this.
If you encourage and reward illegal immigration, you get more illegal immigration.
It's that simple.
We cannot afford for the socialists or for the dopey Republicans in the House to be talking about amnesty.
