In a build-up to the Conference League final, there was issues about non-playing staff getting a flight out to Prague.
And Aaron Crystal stepped in and got that sorted.
So this is how important he is behind the scenes.
As someone like Vladimir Sofal, why he's so important is the culture him and Tomas Suchek set at that club in the training ground.
They were always, well not always, but most days at the training ground on their days off,
And then when other players start seeing that, they're going to come in on their days off.
