We don't have an employment model.

So that's why we've been in this era.

And really, I think if we really would have adapted to a lot of the changes in technology, especially video games, social media, I think we could have put ourselves in a much better, stronger position to really adapt to the modern era.

And we never did.

We left it a restrictive environment for way too long.
