And she sort of did the same thing.

And we just started to digitally, especially digitally.

We started The Advocate, which was just kind of an old school archaic print dinosaur when we got there.

Started to move digitally and hire these young people like my wife and I. And in the end, we ended up, you know, we ended up kind of winning the war.

And...

it was sad in a lot of ways because I had a lot of friends in the Picayune that ended up getting laid off.

Now they're back.

A lot of them are back working for the advocate, working for the Picayune.

So it's kind of cool to see, but I would say just any moment there, um, was a, a pretty big, wow.

Okay.

I'm here moment.

Um, not the least of which was, you know, um,

being pulled into the athletic director's office and getting my attitude, you know, like those kinds of things.

But, you know, I had an early career, big career,

sort of moment covering Auburn.

I would never forget covering the Auburn football season.

And to give you an idea, it was coach Tommy Tuberville was the coach.

And he was in his second to last year and things were just not going real well.

That season had began and they were like, the team was, you know, two and two or something like that.

And there was a lot of people said that he was gonna be fired at the end of the season.
