John, when you were playing, so this is back to 2011, how much has it changed?
Because again, we get a lot of comments about, and I don't know what Artie said, whether it was a New Zealand team, a total team and an island team, meaning that we're all part of an island and we all live in the Pacific and so forth.
That aspect to it, there's a lot of Māori players, a lot of Polynesian players, probably more percentage, I don't know, I haven't figured it out, but more.
How much of that is important or unimportant or is it naive enough to think that you get named in this team and everyone's the same in the team?
How does that work, that dynamic these days do you think?

If that breaks down, if there is dysfunction, how easy is it to remedy that?
