And you've got to be robust enough to accept that, okay, if you get into a press conference and somebody sends you to a Ross Lyon press conference, make sure that you're prepared and you've got all your ducks in line and you've got all your questions ready and

There's enough evidence out there that he may test you.

I would say, though, that is not Ross's responsibility that an organisation sends somebody out there that's a bit green and hasn't been to a press conference before with Ross Lyon.

And if you're going to do the job and you're going to criticise coaches and performance and that type of thing, occasionally you're going to have to wear one coming back the other way too, which is all part of the cut and thrust of it.

I would think if you take out win-loss, we've improved.

If you go with wins and loss, that's what you'll end up with.
