So there was those two big diseases that were directly fixed by sunlight.
So then, yeah, there's this whole era of sanitariums where everyone would travel up into the Alps to
to take the air, but also to take the light to cure themselves.
And what they noticed was that those two diseases were directly cured, but it also seemed to have just a healthy stimulating effect on the whole constitution.
People just did better in that kind of environment.
And it was probably a mix of things, but at that point, they were like, okay, sun is really good for you.
And then maybe they went too far with that concept.
Exactly.
And if you look at the, you know, the trends, it never made any sense that the, like the official word on, on skin cancer is that the reason it rose many, many times over, over the course of the 20th century, especially after World War II was
was because we were all being super irresponsible and just throwing ourselves on the beach for hours and hours a day.
But that was the only factor was exposure to sunlight.
But, you know, rates of skin cancer are 10 to 20 times higher now what they were before World War II.
And there's no way each of us is getting 10 to 20 times the amount of daily light that our ancestors got.
That's 100 percent right.
And, you know, you're talking like a physicist, not like a biologist.
Right.
Like the physicists, the quantum physicists, you know, Einstein 1919, I think it was equals MC squared energy and matter are, you know, two halves of the same coin.
They have been talking about how, you know, light as a fundamental piece of existence exists.
