Yeah.

And the new boyfriend seems like he's amazing.

I know.

And it was interesting to read her book and to see the way she would be like, oh, yeah, my husband did this really disgusting thing to me along with like dozens of other men.

But, you know, our marriage wasn't all bad.

And then she would proceed to say something that was like, girl, your marriage was horrible.

He was a terrible husband.

But she still gave herself that space for her memories.

And like you could tell like she sort of created space to be both a victim and a survivor in that book.

And I really admired that because I don't know how she has the fortitude to have –

been so graceful throughout the public trial and the way that the entire world has been talking now for a couple years about something so intimate and so unacceptable and that she was not going to let it hide in the dark was very interesting and so i think about now after having read that book i've been thinking about like how sometimes you can hold space for both labels

Absolutely.

She has a very interesting face.

Yeah, yeah.

There's another fucking layer.

And I think trauma is complex.

And no two people are going to experience trauma in the same way.

And I do believe that the mind is an incredible and powerful thing.

And that our minds allow us to survive the unspeakable.
