They took their goals well, didn't they?
I thought at the start of the second half in particular, we were playing well.
I thought we did well and played well enough to get back into the game and score an equalising goal, which was a good one.
And at that moment, I thought we were
looking good and you know looking more than capable of holding on to that but of course the free kick and the second goal that puts you on the back foot again and that was quickly followed by a third goal all well taken goals of course and at 3-1 you're always going to find it very difficult you know they're bringing on
Players of incredible quality and their three goals to one up.
And I was proud, at least, of the way the players kept at it and kept fighting to the end.
We even had chances to get to 3-2.
So I can't complain bitterly about anything there.
Just a bit disappointed that the rewards for our efforts weren't better.
Well, I'm not a referee.
I mean, that's what happens every day these days.
When you come in front of the TV cameras, you're expected to be a referee and to either congratulate the referee on something he's done which has helped you out or criticise him if it's something which has gone against you.
So the fact is there was no whistle from the referee on any of those occasions and a free kick was given and we have to defend it and we didn't and as a result we conceded the goal.
I don't know.
I mean, I don't think quite honestly that we were under the cosh, under any stretch of the imagination.
I mean, I don't think that...
We were being confronted with lots and lots of goal chances and goal opportunities.
I would say almost quite the opposite.
