So every other week they would go to a pro wrestling show.

So it was Roy Shire promotions.

So before I knew WWE, WCW, all the other...

things that were coming on, I would hear stories about Pat Patterson, Ray Stevens, Pepper Gomez, Kenji Shibuya, the great Mephisto.

So like, you know, my grandpa told me he had to pick my dad up and carry him over his shoulders because he was crying because Pat Patterson turned on Ray Stevens.

Oh yeah, that was a big deal.

Yeah, the blonde bomber and the great Mephisto put a spell on

on Ray Stevens and you know and I got an argument with my grandpa because he would tell me Pepper Gomez he was the man with the cast iron stomach right so he would have guys jump off a ladder and like give him my elbow drop or knee drop to the stomach and I'm like no I'm like Shawn Michaels and Razor Ramon did the first ladder match you know tell me but yeah wrestling was always big yeah wrestling tends to rewrite itself yeah it was always big my mom's side of the family enjoyed wrestling so

It was either whatever side I was with was always wrestling.

Yeah, I have his book because we actually did a show.

We did an indie show at the Cow Palace, and it was a little tribute to him.

So, yeah, I got to meet him, get a book signed for him and my dad.

Oh, that's so awesome.

So it was cool.

I teamed up with my old partner, Marcus Lewis.

We were called Lion Power because he was the flying lion and I was Will Power.
