of had that inner belief and was always a small scrawny kid never made 18s growing up through school and it wasn't until i kind of left school started reading a lot more books and following american athletes and the way that they approach sport and um yeah i just wanted to kind of push my potential and see how good i can be both mentally and physically so

I've got into UFC this year, watching

the fights, went and trained with Kai Cutter, Izzy and the CKB boys and just after that just kind of went down that realm of how they prepare for fights, talking to Kai, watching YouTube videos on other fighters that are professional and just stumbled across Rick's and Gracie's book Breathe and just love his journey and his story and the way that he approaches his fights and the way he thinks about life and is so philosophical and yeah I just enjoyed that, it makes me feel good

Yeah, I think a lot of people in the public and in the stands see a lot of tries, but they don't see the little unsung heroes and plays that make that happen.
