Yeah, I used to work with a guy, when Jimmy pulled out those seven pages worth of notes that he wanted to talk about, it reminded me, I worked with a guy, he was my program director, the most thorough guy I've ever met at our Christmas party.

The Christmas party, he pulled out two pages worth of handwritten notes of every song that he wanted to play at the party.

And I was like, oh, those two guys are two peas in a pod because Jimmy would probably do the same.

He would be that meticulous about the party that is going on that he would want, not control, but he would want to be invested in what is happening.
