nervous breakdown and I was struggling with anxiety and depression and creative be free gave me the tools and the verbs to express like I can you know the a a picture with a thousand words, I can I can write pages and pages or general to express the thought life that I was going through and I was experiencing those those oppressions.

But like
when I was do doing the create to be free, the picture guy gave me when I began to use colors and paintbrush to
to to express them, I just kinda felt like something something shifted.
Like, you know, he used he used those process
to to remove lies and plant truth in me.
So so the encounter is
is pivotal.

So yeah, it it is not just for like
those who think they they they are creative or they are not.
Like I for for me instance, like I was in an accounting background, you know, a nonprofit.
