That's probably a thought that I really doubled down on super hard.
And then obviously I've come up with this idea, right, I'm going to do African.
It's going to be the most difficult, demanding, challenging thing I've ever done.
And, you know, it's dangerous and there's all these things that might happen.
And I think what I did find is that challenge and a test is a really important part of being a human, I think, and like maturing as a person.
But there is...
you know, I've poked around at the limits of those kinds of things.
And you can kind of delve into the realm of like traumatizing yourself or put, you know, if you push too hard, then actually it can be damaging, you know?
So it's like finding that right balance that you like, you want the adequate challenge.
You don't want to nearly die or, you know, these kinds of things.
So I think, um,
For me, that's just like the nuance I put on it.
Challenge is super important.
I'm a huge promoter of challenging yourself.
But there's limits just like everything.
There's limits to all of this kind of stuff where it starts becoming a damage, where it starts becoming a problem.
Yeah.
Yeah, I'll admit, it's 100% the belief.
Like, when I started Project Africa, it was run Africa or die trying.
I really did mean that.
