Work on your leg muscles.
Longevity in life.
is tied to leg strength and having muscle in your lower limbs.
Mobility, moving around, and keeping some muscle in your legs.
I call this a vat.
That's a lot of oatmeal.
I'm like, damn, that's a lot of oatmeal.
You come in at 10 o'clock so full, like, oh, I've had three cups of oatmeal.
It's like horse oats.
Just sitting there like concrete.
