Well, I think, I think there's a couple of things.

It's like understanding it, who you are at the core.

Like, are you someone who can be an entrepreneur and be an entrepreneur inside of somebody else's business?

If you can, you can thrive in that kind of thing.

Um,

and I look at my team, I'd say half of my staff are very entrepreneurial.

They're entrepreneurial people who are working inside of my company, but each of them have their own departments, their own things, and they're able to create their own opportunities inside of what we're doing.

I think for most of them, they're having a good time, hopefully.

Have a great time.

I tried to create, I tried to create an environment where they can be very entrepreneurial, entrepreneurial, like user entrepreneur talents inside of our business.

Um, but there's other people who have come here that I love them and they came for a week, six weeks, a year, two years, but like they couldn't, they couldn't handle it.

They wanted their own thing.

Like for me, it would be very difficult for me to go into another business where I'm an entrepreneur.

Um, it'd be very hard for me.

Uh, other people, they, they fit in that role.

Great.

So I'd be looking at yourself.

Like, are you someone who, who thinks they can be an entrepreneur inside of somebody else's business?

Um,

If so, that can be an amazing opportunity.
