He said, successful people make decisions quickly and they change their minds slowly.

Unsuccessful people make decisions very slowly and change them often and quickly, okay?

Like, right now, I'd recommend making the decision, like, I'm going to be there, right?

Like, make that decision today.

And then you've got to wait.

And the second that text comes in, go and make that decision one more time and go and commit to it, because that window will close very, very quickly, OK?
