And again, this is 2020.

And it gets closer and closer to the spot where you sound, there's like, I think four companies at the end.
And they start actually giving us like real legitimate numbers.
And it was, you know, initially people started, it's gonna be a billion dollars and it got smaller and smaller because of the, like, these guys are really smart.
You start learning about like, they're very smart looking at like, oh, it would be that if it was this, but then there's this and there's this, they kept being small, it kept tweaking and changing.
And finally, it was actually 2020.
It was the day of the election.
I actually jumped in a plane and I flew out to Atlanta to go hang out with Todd because I knew that the offer was coming in the next morning.
And we kind of had ballpark what it was going to be.
And I don't think I'm allowed to say exactly what the offer was going to be.
But when all is said and done, both Todd and I personally would have walked away with over $110 million cash ourselves in our pockets.
Like, boom, ah, we're out.
