But it's easier to do individual Beef Wellingtons than it is the kind of the big long one.

But that first time you have a dinner party, it feels so grown up.
And like, so we're all of a sort of similar age.
So I can remember my parents having dinner parties and I remember like looking at after eight mints.
That was a big thing in the 80s and the excitement of eating one of those at like six.
And just kind of like, oh, you only allowed it after eight.
So when you find yourself in that kind of world of like having friends over and having dinner, you realise how out of depth you are the first time you do it.
That's an easy one to do.
And then loads of microwavable stuff.
