So if you're not understanding even those, you can't even tune in and understand what the uh uh uh what that emergency information is being even said because you're not understanding enough English to even understand that.
So when it comes to emergency situations, you're not getting any of it.

Might not have known it and just did it blatantly and was b being arrogant about it.

But the point is is it could have been avoided if proper channels were done.

avoidable ones if they would have just done the law, obeyed the law.
