You know how they always say that to where they don't want to lose that vacation time they've already earned up.
But like you're saying is if they've already earned it and they end up leaving instead of being it where they're getting that time off and getting that pay that either way, it doesn't matter.
They should still get that pay.
I don't
that.
Well, I know a lot of them, like drivers that I've talked to, they're like, well, I just want to do this because, you know, the last time I told them I was leaving, they promised me the world.
They would say, you know, I would be getting home more.
They were going to give me better miles or whatever the case might be.
They made all these promises and then they, again, failed to keep them.
And the drivers were just getting so tired of hearing these excuses that they didn't want to be talked into.
They didn't want to be talked into the lie again, you know, where, hey, just do me a favor, just do this run again, just do this again.
Or the other thing that trucking companies are so well known for is when a driver does say, hey, listen, I'm going to go ahead and leave
Route me back home.
Well, I can't route you home now.
I got to route you over here.
And they take them to the furthest destination they could possibly take them.
And the next thing you know, it's two weeks before they're even trying to get the driver back to it.
And the driver's already told him that he wanted to leave two weeks ago.
Can you imagine if there's, you know, one of the drivers find out, like say they're like, hey, you know what?
I bet this is right.
