And all of this their brains are so full of the rights and the wrongs and the and all the equipment, the proper equipment that you need.

Social media and young moms, I promise young moms, if they would step away from social media, but then we have to be willing to be their village and

in and help them find their natural groove.

But social media is where all of this anxiety and I have zero time is coming from because it's an unnatural village.

It was never meant to be that way.
