Life is going to feel so dull when you start breaking that addiction, but it's very necessary.

We have to be intentional about rewiring ourselves towards relationships and creativity.
And we have to recognize that we are addicted to screens.
And screens kill our creativity and they give us a dopamine high that we can't get in the natural world.

Then they have all the tools they need because they'll be quicker to lay their phones down and they'll be quicker to seek out those natural dopamine hits.
