Obviously I can't um comment too much because we haven't actually been served any papers whatsoever.
But what we have had is um speculation, newspaper speculation, national, also me uh local media um speculation.
So it is they are they are aiming at us, but they've told my my my legal team told me um not to say too much.
But what I can say is it looks like they're following suit.
To what happened in Oxford when Oxfordshire County Council effectively put an injunction on us to stop putting the flag of our country up within our country.
Now they banned me from Oxford, but the the problem with Birmingham is it's my own local hometown.
So they are going to have a struggle banning me from my own hometown.
And I just think that this is yet again absolutely.
Absolutely crazy that a council like Birmingham, which is government-funded, we are spending government money on um
on things of of you know, instead of collecting the rubbish, the litter, um and all sorts of things like that, we are spending um the the the the the taxpayers' money on taking a group like us to the High Court again to get an injunction to stop us putting flags up when our country has got more serious issues at hand.

Yes, Ben, they've put a figure together of eighty thousand um pounds for flag removal and they've put a figure of forty thousand pounds for their legal fees, um, for a you know, a one-day trial in court.
