Now, as we've progressed, we're trying to also use some learning, you know, there's definitely teaching moments at this level every night.

And maybe sometimes we've been a little overaggressive and it's super important for these young players to understand like, Hey, maybe we're not going to steal third base, you know, with two outs in the eighth inning down by one, that's not the time.

So so there's been some teaching moments, but it's also teaching them kind of what their limits are, which I think is super important at this level.

That way, when they do get to the big leagues, they know what they're capable of.

So first of all, our first base and third base coach, I coach third sometimes, but Ashley and Andy have been incredible with the buy-in and helping use the teaching moments to help guys.

But Ash, she does the pitching stuff, like times to the plate and all that.

She's been really on top of that.

And she's super proactive with our base runners.

She leads the base running portion of our practice stuff when we do base running.

And just, you know, her teaching them and kind of holding them accountable has been huge.

Like knowing when to go, maybe this guy's a one, two, Hey, let's, let's be strategic here.

You know, we've, we've also implemented the vault lead stuff too.

That gives some guys who maybe don't have like that super frontline speed, give them a chance to steal bases.

So Ash and Andy, they've been phenomenal.

You know, I've got to witness it and just, you know, tell them to stay aggressive.

Improving daily.

You know, this guy cage wise with with Nash Knight, he shows up to work every day.

He's a true pro.

He's raw.

Like this guy is a true he's a burner.
