We didn't start off trying to be like that.
We started off trying to solve problems of business owners.
So you type in your address, type in your name and phone number.
And basically our algorithm calculates your yard size, um, and gives you a price, which is market rate for wherever you live.
So we pull all the public information about your house.
It's available everywhere.
And from there, you know, we surveyed the local landscapers to figure out what market rate pricing is.
So that's the price you're getting.
You select your service date, enter your credit card info, and you're pretty much done.
And then, you know, as your service goes ongoing, you know, we let you know when it's time for
seasonal services like leaf removal or fertilization or aeration when it rains this is a big problem you know because it'll rain and it'll delay schedules and you know people don't know like shit should i leave my dog out or should i bring him in today so we keep you in the loop via push notifications sms and email to help out with that kind of like not knowing when the service is going to be done and you know our customer support is always there around the clock to help you out

So we're in three cities, the DC area, Austin and Orlando.
Per lawn cut, somewhere between 40 and $50.
Well, no, but the fact is that most of our customers are on subscription, so we expect them to stay with us for many, many lawn cuts.
That's hard to say.
I mean, after five services, 85% of our customers are still with us.
Yeah, it depends on geography.
It's anywhere between, it's usually weekly or biweekly.
Sometimes we have these things called droughts here in Texas.
