It was good.
Everything's been feeling good.
That break we had there for the World Cup kind of gave me a good time for myself just to give me time to get back up to speed a little bit and play a little bit of catch up.
So yeah, I'm feeling good and looking forward to the next few games we've got coming.
It was more about catching up because even before the break I started feeling good and started taking part in training.
So it was more about kind of closing the gap on the fitness and just trying to put myself in.
as good a position as I could for when the game started up again.

Obviously, it's been a long time since I've been training fully and involved in games.
just not rushing that is is going to be a big part as well of not um making sure you know i'm here for i'm part of it for for the long run not just in the short term don't want you to relive the last eight months not a fun question but what took so long ryan why was it a long recovery um i'm not too sure um to be honest but just you know from the start um
You could tell when something wasn't right and then I'd probably rush things myself.
Being told to begin with six weeks and then it reaches eight, ten and still not feeling good, I probably tried to rush it when I shouldn't have, which wouldn't have helped things.
Just with the location of where the injury was, it was...
a place where it's apparently just takes a long time to recover clearly.
So, um, there was that.
