I mean, so this is something we all should have no matter where we sit in any type of organization or value chain.
Okay, so if I'm listening to this and let's say I'm a skeptic to the ideas that you're throwing out, I would say, okay, I bring my neighbor the glass of lemonade, but instead of the experience that you have, he takes that as a moment, a captive moment to just lay the hammer down on me.
How do I, is it bound, like, how do I know, how do I position myself, solidify myself, whatever the right term is for,
okay, I'm giving and I don't expect anything back.
I'm giving without expectation of reciprocation.

I believe in that.

How do I create those guardrails?
