My brother Chad and I and one of our other business partners, Vince, we own Sustainable Line Design Build.
My brother Chad and I started it a long time ago, but we really came into fruition in 2008, which was kind of a crazy time, if you can believe that.
But actually, it was a really good time to kind of get started as being a true custom builder.
So, but yes, we are a design build firm based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.
We do stuff all over kind of our local metro area, a lot of stuff in the western metro area, but we are a luxury single family builder.
We're a cost plus builder.
We do do some spec projects here and there, some like boutique multifamily stuff, but our bread and butter is really
the cost plus luxury high end.
We also name our company Sustainable Nine.
It's right in the name.
We're very focused on sustainability, building house, very high performing, but yet high design houses.
And I think that's really kind of put us as one of the forefront, one of the top builders, I think, in town.
And I think we're, at least in the past three, four or five years, I think we're really getting recognized for that.
We've got a team of 16 people, including myself.
I run our finance operations and development.
My brother Chad runs our sales and marketing.
Vince was our head of construction.
He kind of runs our, we have interior designers in-house and project managers in-house.
