And it's like, they, the client sees like all of the, the script, you know, if

a subcontractor screwed up on something or something that's trying to charge it.

They're going to see that just like we do.

Right.

And we do our best to mitigate that on any of the draws or anything, but every once in a while, one missed something in the client and be like, Hey, are you sure that that's right?

I mean, so they're looking at, you know, there's some of these people are, you know, they're, they've done very well in life and they are numbers people and they're going to look at it and we're like, Hey, you know what?

That's a good, that's a good catch.

And we go back and we're totally, we'll go back and we'll like go to the subcontractor and we're like, Hey, why did you charge that?

And they might say like, oh, because this other sub did this.

We're like, okay, well that's, that's a back charge to that other subcontractor.

So then we'll go work it out on the back and we'll take that out.

And we're like, you know, honestly, that's a great catch.

And, you know, and obviously we're making less fee on it then, but,

it's the most fair way to do things, you know?

Yep.

I mean, I would say in the past five years, we've definitely expanded our sub base.

So we're definitely getting multiple bids on every one of these,

you know, every line item pretty much, right?

I mean, maybe not from our lumber supplier or things like that, because you only got one that you really work with, but on any, like the, the trades, things like that, we definitely are.

And, you know, it's really to keep people honest, but it also, there's only so many, but there's, if you have a lot of projects going on, some of those subs can't, you see their price fluctuate sometimes, right?
