So it's just like, yeah, I mean, you're,

You're not going to like completely, even if this goes way over budget, you're not going to cap your feet.

Right.
I should say too, we be, I mean, we've done that on certain items on a, on a house that we're building, right.
Where the client's just like, Hey, this came in really last minute.
And you know, there might be something on site that,
we didn't know about they didn't know about and we might just say hey we're not going to charge our fee on that you know we're just gonna you know our project managers are already there we're gonna do this and we're gonna throw that one in for free right so that you can have your pool right or your hot tub or you know your built-in hot tub or that big retaining wall right we're gonna do that and but so yes so the it's a cost plus a max fee basically is what it is on the commercial side but
But we don't do that on the residential side, but certain items we've done that for, I think.
But yeah.
You know, it is funny.
I have a friend that works in the commercial world.
And they
They literally, I mean, it's what they show the client, right?
I mean, they are a fixed price.
So they're a fixed price, but they're like, it's crazy what they show the client.
You know, they'll show their GC fee and, you know, on a huge project like that, their GC fee might only be like,
under three to five percent you know it's really small but yeah and then they're like oh they're like the markup on the back and or the hourly rates that they're billing these people out at you know like from their team and all you know they have they might have you know all of their carpenters all you know they have all these people on staff right and they're the margin that they're making on that it's astronomical right it's huge i mean they're they're definitely a reason why some of those companies have massive like
know offices downtown right like like super high end when you go in there and you're like whoa like they've made some serious money you know yeah but but i i should say they they do do some of that like cost plus the max fee they'll do some of that i would say the majority of their stuff is fixed price um but yeah no they're doing huge projects like a science museum or a you know huge commercial projects you know industrial stuff too yeah yeah
