He's just like, okay, this is great.

This is, it just helps the clients.

I think too.

I mean, our client, we've had no issues with clients after we know when we show them this, they're like, okay, I see my budget.

You know, their draws are very organized.

I would just, I guess it's, it comes back to again, just protecting yourself, but also being open to the client.

Right.

And it's just the transparency.

I think it's, it, to me, it makes for a better process with the client and on top of like, you're still protecting your margin on the backend, but you know, you're it's it's, especially if you have very

detail-oriented clients, being able to show them, like, this is the actual bit.

This is the same thing that I get.

Even if I'm going to build a spec home, this is the same bit that I'm going to get.

For them to see that, it's just like they're like, okay, wow, I can trust this person, right?

I mean, like, this is cool.

And I think it builds a lot of trust, I think, where they don't know what, like, you're adding on their change order on the back end, right?

It's just like it is what it is, right?
