This is similar to Eastern philosophy, but it's the idea that you have the opinion, you have the feeling, you have the dread or the anxiety or the worry or the frustration or the anger, and you're trying to take a second and ask yourself, is this true?
Right?
Like, you're worried about this thing happening.
And what you're not stopping and thinking is like, hey, is my worrying about this affecting the outcome in any way?
Or am I just torturing myself?
Right?
