I did not know how to get into the NBA for people that don't understand how the NBA works.

It's the National Basketball Association.

It's not a church league.

There's a protocol.

You need to go to Duke, North Carolina, play overseas.

You need to have an agent.

You need to go to the combine.

There's a protocol.

they're not really looking for motivational speakers to join their team to boost the morale of the squad.

Like, that's not a thing.

So I did the thing we all do when we don't know what to do.

I Googled it, and I found the public relations emails for every NBA team, and I just started emailing them one by one saying, hey,

You got a bunch of fans across the city that are afraid to fail.

I don't think they should be.

I think they should embrace failure.

I think you should embrace this idea enough to let a complete stranger work out for your basketball team.
